LCR appraisal is a Las Vegas based modern company specializing in residential and commerical valuation. We are a staff of professionals utilizing state of the art technology and data resources, which provide accurate, responsible results quickly and efficiently.

Our services include: Appraisals for the purpose of mortgage financing, including purchase, refinance, PMI removal, home equity, and personal use.

LCR Appraisal utilizes the most recent data available from multiple sources, including the County Assessor’s and Recorder’s Office records.

Our staff is available Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST). We attempt to schedule appointments during these hours; however, on special requests we can inspect at odd daylight hours and on weekends and holidays, if needed.

Our turn-around time is approximately 1-3 business days (after inspection).

LCR Appraisal delivers professional, accurate appraisal reports, that may be ordered via fax or electronically and at competitive prices.
